Excess Load Over Permitted Limit

October 5, 2020 by saferoads Leave a Comment

The government has brought in a graded penalty system for overloaded vehicles plying on the national highways. Overloading has been recognized to be both a safety concern as well as a cost concern and the national department of transport has incorporated a campaign against on its road to safety strategy.

The picture is taken near bowenpally where you can see the vehicle is less stable and difficult to steer and take longer to stop, and the whole suspension system comes under stress and overtime obstructions on the roadway leading to the accidents. Registration number of the trailer is TS 07UG 3794. Request the authorities to take strict action against the owner of this vehicle.
